General Event Package

Evodah would love to plan your events such as bridal showers, baby showers, proposals, vow renewals, engagement parties, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Please contact us with a detailed description of your event. More details are below:

  • Event prices vary depending on the event and services you would like to book. Please contact us to find out more details.

    Services:

    • Management/Coordination of Event: Evodah will coordinate and manage the event and vendors of the event.

    • Timeline Coordination: If applicable, Evodah will create a timeline with clients over event activities.

    • POC for Vendors: Evodah will be the point of contact for vendors & venue during entire planning of the event.

    • Direct Vendors: Coordinators will direct vendors to correct areas and will work with vendors over reasonable disputes.

    • Decoration/Invitations: Evodah can provide decorations for the event and work with clients to create invitations for the event. ~ See Decor Appendix for separate fees/prices.

    • Event Presence: Coordinators will be available for questions throughout the planning process and will be at the event for set-up and clean-up (if Evodah provides decor services).
